Salt-C

Description: Combination of equal amounts of USP ascorbic acid (pharmaceutical grade vitamin C) and Real Salt, which is salt rich in trace minerals. Electroherbalism's Salt-C comes in a 4 oz canister and is finely powdered to better prevent separation and to make it dissolve even more quickly in water. There are about 57 two gram servings per 4 oz canister. Each two gram serving is a heaping 1/4 tsp and contains

1000mg vitamin C
1000mg salt

Directions: Should be mixed in water before use. The Salt-C protocol provided by lymephotos.com is to use a two gram serving 12 times per day, but using less often such as three times per day may also provide some benefit. Either way, use three times per day to start and build up to recommended amounts as necessary. Occasionally, invert closed canister and shake to evenly disperse since the powders may settle over time.
