Mineral Ascorbates Arthritis Formula

Description: Used for all types of arthritis as well as other painful joint and muscle problems.

Mineral Ascorbates are effervescent powdered drink mixes with vitamin C plus bromelain, fructo-oligo-sacharrides (FOS, also known as inulin), lemon juice powder, vitamin B6, and the minerals calcium, magnesium, potassium, and zinc used as the base. They also contain additional vitamins, minerals, herbs, and other nutrients specific for certain conditions. 

In addition to the arthritis fighting properties of the vitamin C and minerals in the base formula, the Arthritis Formula includes additional ingredients to reduce symptoms including pain and inflammation, and rebuild joints and other connective tissues. These include glucosamine sulfate, niacinamide, bromelain (pineapple enzyme), boswellia extract, curcumin (turmeric extract), nettle extract, and silymarin (milk thistle seed extract). Bitter taste requires mixing in pineapple juice instead of water.

Ingredients: The Mineral Ascorbates Arthritis Formula contains 50 1 teaspoon (4.5g) servings per 8 oz canister, 25 per 4 oz canister, and contains approximately the following per serving

500mg glucosamine sulfate
500mg niacinamide
430mg inulin
350mg bromelain
240mg bioflavonoids
200mg boswellia extract
200mg curcumin
180mg magnesium
120mg calcium
100mg nettles extract
70mg potassium
50mg silymarin
18mg sodium
15mg vitamin B6
3mg zinc

Directions: Must be mixed in water or juice to let effervesce before use! Start with ¼ to ½ tsp (mixed in water or juice) one to three times per day and work up to the dose necessary to achieve desired results, ½ to 1 tsp once or twice per day. A good schedule for an intensive program is ½ tsp in the morning and 1 at night. Occasionally, invert closed canister and shake to evenly disperse since the powders settle over time.
